A structure built to outlast a single generation.
The Pyramid Trust A.G. holds and governs a diversified base of family assets across logistics, agricultural production, and digital holdings — managed under a single charter of stewardship.
Stewardship over three generations, not one quarter.
The Pyramid Trust A.G. was established to hold and grow a family's operating businesses and long-duration assets under a single governance charter. The trust does not manage third-party capital and does not solicit public investment.
Each operating line is run by its own management team, with the trust acting as the long-term steward — setting policy, overseeing risk, and maintaining the standards each business is expected to meet.
The trust maintains internal governance, anti-money-laundering, and know-your-customer policies consistent with the regulatory frameworks applicable in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Three operating lines, one standard of governance.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Freight forwarding, warehousing, and cross-border distribution supporting the trust's own agricultural output as well as third-party clients. Operations are structured around reliability, customs compliance, and traceability from origin to destination.
Agricultural Production
Cultivation and post-harvest processing of raw cacao seed, supplied to industrial and craft chocolate manufacturers. Production practices emphasize fermentation quality, traceable sourcing, and land stewardship across our growing regions.
Digital Assets
A long-duration allocation to digital assets, held and administered under the trust's custody and governance framework. Positions are managed for the trust's own account and are not offered or marketed to outside investors.
